My Story
I am thrilled to share that I will be participating in a charity fundraising Trek to Petra to support the incredible work of Girls Out Loud! This amazing charity is dedicated to empowering teenage girls and helping them build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills.
The trek will not only be a challenging adventure through the stunning landscapes of Petra, but it will also raise vital funds to support programmes that inspire and uplift teenage girls, something which is needed more and more due to the pressures of social media.
I invite you to join me in making a difference! Your support can help change lives and create opportunities for girls who need it most.
The Girls Out Loud Foundation is a charitable fund administered by Forever Manchester, the Community Foundation for Greater Manchester (charity no. 1017504). Girls Out Loud is a social enterprise, a not for profit, on a mission to raise the aspirations of teenage girls. We are in our 16th year, have worked with over 80 schools, changed the lives of around 30k girls and have only just got started! Our work focusses on empowering young girls to be bold, to be brave and to believe in their potential. We create and deliver early interventions in schools from 2 hours to 12 months and our flagship programme is a role mole mentoring programme for 12-14 year old middle girls called BIG SISTER. We also support vulnerable, at risk girls with our coaching intervention, STARDOM and host workshops and speed mentoring events in schools across the North-West.
